More Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying different parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.

More materials released as part of the ongoing congressional process.
